WELCOME:  Module 101 Session 3

Materials discussed in your FC101 Session 3 webinar included information about a process coaches can use to help people stand in financial reality – it is demonstrated in our slides and also on a conceptual website called WEALTH STRONG.

You are encouraged to renew the webinar while using the notes pages attached here.

We discussed the WHEN-Score. You may download a pdf of the slides showing an actual study of the Case family using WHEN-Score software. Attached is a series of slides which discuss the Cases. This analysis was run in 2010

The Certified Financial Coach has a variety of tools available to use with clients AND websites are set up to help them explain concepts to clients.  One of those websites is www.wealthstrong.com  -- a concept site developed to help people understand the basics (or as one of our Certified Financial Coach licensees call it, the "Wealth Strong Way of living".). A general link page is www.cfchq.com  (short for Certified Financial Coach Headquarters)

During FC104, the Marketing and Tools Module, you are given the opportunity to be linked directly to a website system to offer Certified Financial Coach tools and programs.  This was developed at the request of new coaches who did not want to take on the expense of designing a website and shopping cart for themselves.

Materials and tools are turned on for the Certified Financial Coach as they develop an expertise in the tool.  Certified Financial Coach Services made an agreement with FinLAB (a sister company) to provide the services with the understanding that only administrative fees be charged for the coach or coach in training.
We provide this as a way to help the new coach or the coach new to financial coaching.  Participants are given this opportunity ONLY IF THEY ARE INTERESTED.

It gives the new coach the ability to start your business with minimal cost and without designing a website for yourself.  We have set up a way for you to get paid on various packages (you choose your hourly fee and processing/ administrative fees are deducted by WEALTH STRONG SUPPORT).

BY having people go into the website, you to coaching packages already designed for the new Certified Financial Coach or coach in training who wishes to start working with clients in a pro-bono situation.
Feel free to explore the sites and see some of the offerings, explore the links for FinLAB, WHEN-Score, FEBC and other educational and business sites the Certified Financial Coach can choose to learn about and use if they wish.
Participants have two easy assignments this week.

REVIEW of SESSION C VIRTUAL LEARNING

In session C's virtual learning session, we build on our base understanding of Ken Wilber's four quadrant perspective and added additional coaching distinctions.  Now we have several powerful distinctions available to us -- allowing us to help clients start to take apart and examine beliefs, stories and ways of reacting that may not be serving their ability to enhance their financial viability or live a wealth filled life.  These distinctions include ....

  1.  The Four Quadrant/Iceberg Analogy -- integral perspective (covered extensively in Module 1 and 2)
  2.  State of Consciousness
Building on an understanding of the experience reported by Neurosurgeon W. Penfield, we note the following:
  3.  The Human Factor:  Sometimes people do what they do just because they are human and it is what humans do.
  4.  Levels of Permanent Development -- In Thursday's session we were able to introduce this distinction -- in addition to looking at the meaning of distinction.

Part of our goal is to provide the Certified Financial Coach with a set of transformational distinctions they become skilled to use at will.   This helps the coach create the best "coaching space" possible; allowing the coach to help their clients develop expanded capacity to move to new levels of understanding in the financial arena for long term growth and life satisfaction.

One of the goals in the presentation of our coursework is to give the Certified Financial Coach a combination of tools and distinctions to help their client experience the Ah-ha experience (also known as satori) during their session.  See a graphic representation of Satori by clicking here:  Satori

Module 1 provides first level understanding of 6 highly effective distinctions the Certified Financial Coach is trained to master.  Here is a review of Module 101 session 1 and 2 work.
