In our Session 2 virtual learning webinar, we start to see how "being coach" is a state of being and we learn about the power of words in working with clients to help them see how they may collapse concepts. (We also discussed how using a dictionary is a great tool in breaking the rhythm when a client starts down a repeatedly negative path)  

 

 

Through our coaching we start to help our clients reflect on the words they use and how things may not be as black and white as they believe. No right or wrong here -- we help people explore gray.
