This application will run on the following Operating Systems:

  • Windows XP

  • Windows Vista

  • Windows 7

This application REQUIRES the Microsoft standard .NET 3.5 SP1 libraries to execute properly. These are included in Vista and Windows 7. If you do not already have this installed on your system then you can download it from Microsoft here. It is 231MB in size.

1) Download the file to any directory.

2) Double Click the file to start the installer.

You MUST run the installer as administrator. Right click on the downloaded file and select 'Run as Administrator' (on Vista & Windows 7). If you can not do this then have an administrator install the application. The application installs to Program Files and no other changes are made to your system.

3) Follow the installer prompts.

*If you have a previous version installed then a full install will overwrite your data. DO NOT do a full install if you already have data entered into a previous version.

WHEN-Score can be downloaded with or without the .NET 3.5 SP1 installer. The following downloads will install as a Demo. You can login into the demo with:    the User ID = "demo@ws.com" and Password = "demo".
